Magnsium hydrate flame retardants, by releasing hydrate water and absorbing a large amount of latent heat, reduce the surface tempreture of the synthetic materials stuffed in the flame, restrain polymer from decomposing, and have cooling fuction to flammable gas. It can help to improve flame-resistant of the synthetic materials and its emitted vapor can be used as a kind of restraining smoke agent.
We produce magnesium hydrate by two methods, one is by mineral, its Mg(OH)2 content is
95% min., and the other is by Chemosynthesis, Mg(OH)2 content is 97%min or 98%min.
